Responsibilities:
- Working closely with other departments such as Marketing, e-Commerce, product development, to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.
- Creating visual concepts and designs using software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) for web and social media.
- Involved in filming and creation of short video content.
- Involved in content planning and creation.
- Participate in preparing for new product launches, event planning, making sure event runs smoothly.
- Iterating on designs based on feedback and making revisions as necessary.
- Planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and digital ads.
- Ensuring consistent brand positioning across all channels and working on brand development through creative visuals and messaging.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics to optimize future strategies.
- Coordinate, plan & execute events and provide post-event reporting & evaluation
- Actively contributing to marketing brainstorming sessions and assisting in the planning of upcoming promotions and product launches.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Competencies:
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Able to work as a team and independently.
- Good command of English.
- Good command of Chinese is a bonus.
- Software skill required: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
- Eye for detail.
- Understanding of creative design and layout.
Requirements:
- Must be Singapore Citizen or PR, currently residing in Singapore.
- At least 1 year working experience in relevant industry (Fresh grads are welcomed)
- Completed a diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Good knowledge in Illustrator/Photoshop is a must.
- Independent as well as good team player with strong communication skills.
