Job Summary:

We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Strategist to lead the charge in creating impactful content and ad creatives that drive real business results.

This is not just a production role! It is an opportunity to sit at the intersection of creativity and strategy, working directly with our Co-Founder, an experienced marketer. You'll be the face and voice behind some of our most visible campaigns, and play a key role in shaping how HomeMatch shows up across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

● Be comfortable on camera and represent the HomeMatch brand in video content authentically and confidently.

● Ideate, produce, and edit high-performing content and ad creatives across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

● Analyse performance data and apply insights to improve creative performance over time.

● Use video editing tools proficiently to deliver polished, engaging videos (graphic design skills are a bonus).

● Work cross-functionally with the SEO, content, and growth team to align messaging and creative output with business goals.

● Manage content calendars and publishing schedules for social media and other owned channels.

● Stay sharp with platform trends, algorithm changes, and consumer behaviour shifts to keep HomeMatch content relevant and effective.

What We’re Looking For:

● Strong command of English (spoken and written). You’ll appear in videos and need to be comfortable on camera.

● Proficient in video editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut). Design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.

● Creative thinker who understands how to balance brand personality with conversion goals.

● Confident communicator who can bring energy and clarity to screen.

● Strategic mindset. You understand that the goal of marketing is to sell, not just to look or sound good.

● A true self-starter who’s hungry to learn, experiment, and grow.

● Keen interest in digital marketing and a desire to develop highly marketable skills in media buying, content creation, and performance strategy.
