Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or relevant internship is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.
• Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
• Monitor campaign timelines and coordinate tasks for smooth execution.
• Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
• Coordinate email marketing activities including setup, testing, scheduling, and deployment.
• Design and adapt marketing assets using brand templates; basic design updates including image resizing and layout adjustments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align assets with branding and campaign objectives.
• Provide administrative support for procurement activities, including quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate events and webinars including registrations, collateral, logistics, and post-event follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Coordination

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure marketing materials and deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Monitor project timelines and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Assist in preparing campaign reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
• Coordinate email marketing activities, including campaign setup, testing, scheduling, and deployment.

Creative & Content Support

• Design and adapt marketing assets such as social media visuals, email banners, presentation decks, and other promotional materials using existing brand templates.
• Perform basic design updates including image resizing, layout adjustments, and content revisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all creative materials are aligned with branding and campaign objectives.

Events & Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support for procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, processing purchase orders, and tracking invoices.
• Assist in coordinating events, webinars, and marketing activities by managing registrations, marketing collateral, logistics, and post-event follow-up.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or relevant internship experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite will be an added advantage.
• Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
