We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive team member to manage our brand space (CATALAB Showroom), support marketing activities, and handle client enquiries. You will play a key role in creating great visitor experiences, supporting the sales and marketing teams, and helping us grow our brand presence.
1. Brand Space Experience (CATALAB)
Host and attend to visitors and walk-ins at our brand space.
Showcase our product ranges and prepare samples for clients.
Keep the space clean, well-organized, and visually updated.
Work with the creative team to update displays and mood boards.
Gather feedback and help with post-visit follow-up.
2. Client Enquiries & Sales Support
Reply to client messages via WhatsApp, social media, email, and calls.
Pass enquiries to the right departments and track all leads.
Help the sales team prepare samples and arrange delivery.
Create simple reports on client visits and engagement.
3. Inventory & Sample Management
Check stock levels for samples and marketing materials.
Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure items are in stock.
Track sample movement and update records in the system.
Do regular quality checks on samples.
4. Marketing Admin & Support
Help update SOPs and marketing files.
Take notes during marketing meetings and share updates.
Post live updates on social media during visits or events.
Support campaigns, events, and identify new leads online.
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar.
1–2 years of experience in a marketing or customer service role.
Good communication skills and enjoys working with people.
Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
Familiar with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
