About the Role

In this role, you’ll support our Food business verticals—ranging from Deliveries to Dine Out—by coordinating campaign activities, aligning with internal stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Track performance metrics and assist in preparing reports and post-campaign reviews
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Ops, Social Media, Business Ops) to manage deliverables and timelines
  • Assist in managing updates across digital platforms and communication touchpoints
  • Support marketing events, promotions, and merchant-partner initiatives
  • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Research consumer and industry trends to contribute ideas to team planning.

What You’ll Bring

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to story tell in an impactful way
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns (from planning to reporting)
  • Experience with content creation for digital channels (social media, email, etc.)
  • Ability to track and analyse marketing KPIs
  • Familiarity with market research and consumer behaviour analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (especially Sheets and Slides)
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
