Job description

    As a Marketing Coordinator at NBT Hyundai, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance showroom footfall, boost brand awareness, and drive sales performance. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating events, digital campaigns, and local promotional activities while ensuring a consistent brand message and engaging customer interactions.Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the development and execution of ATL/BTL campaigns, social media content, and print advertisements. You will collaborate with agencies and vendors to ensure timely rollout of campaigns, monitor campaign performance, and prepare post-campaign reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and managing on-ground events, roadshows, car displays, and showroom activities by establishing partnerships with various organizations for venue arrangements and permissions.Working closely with the digital team, you will schedule posts, manage basic ad spends, and monitor engagement metrics on social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile. You will also coordinate with the sales team to track and follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts, maintain lead databases, and update CRM entries. Managing vendor relationships and collateral distribution will be part of your responsibilities, along with conducting market research, competitor analysis, and suggesting promotional ideas based on market trends and feedback.To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in the automotive or retail sector. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic social media tools knowledge, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Fluency in English and Malayalam is required.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement.
