Job Responsibilities
Brand Growth & Awareness: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote NovaHealth’s TCM and Sports Science services across various platforms.
Content Creation & Social Media Management: Create engaging content for NovaHealth’s website, social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, XiaoHongShu), and marketing materials to educate and attract patients.
Patient Engagement & Education: Communicate treatment benefits, promote ongoing packages, and ensure patients understand their therapy plans.
Event Planning & Execution: Organize and support wellness workshops, corporate health talks, and community events to enhance brand visibility.
Business Development & Partnerships: Identify collaboration opportunities with corporate clients, wellness centers, and fitness studios.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor marketing campaign results, analyze patient feedback, and suggest strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Diploma in TCM (preferred) with relevant education in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Administration.
-Strong passion for TCM, healthcare marketing, and patient care.
-Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing is a plus.
-Have relevant background in healthcare marketing.
-Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
