About the Role
COTU is looking for a strategic, energetic, and creative Marketing & Content Experience Executive to join our growing team. This hybrid role is responsible for executing marketing campaigns across our venues while actively planning and capturing content that connects with our audiences. You’ll be hands-on in the field—attending events, briefing creatives, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, and owning campaign performance.
This role requires someone who understands both content creation and campaign execution, is confident using a camera or mobile to shoot, and thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns & Strategy
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across venues
- Align marketing efforts with internal teams including events, partnerships, and sales
- Monitor and manage the master marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines are met
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, both online and offline
Social Media & Content Planning
- Develop, manage and execute content calendars in alignment with monthly campaigns and key events
- Brief design and content teams on required assets for campaigns and platforms
- Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategy to match audience preferences
Content Capture & Creation
- Capture short-form video and photography using mobile or camera for platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Attend events, pop-ups, and internal shoots to document key moments and generate real-time content
- Collaborate with the designer and editor to ensure all captured content is edited and delivered for use
KOL & Influencer Management
- Identify, outreach to, and manage relationships with local influencers and content creators
- Coordinate campaign briefs, content timelines, and event attendance
- Track deliverables, ensure brand alignment, and measure performance of influencer collaborations
Copywriting & Communications
- Write clear and engaging copy for social media, newsletters, press releases, and campaign materials
- Work with CRM tools to segment audiences and personalize communications
Performance & Analysis
- Track and report on campaign performance using platform analytics
- Suggest optimizations based on content engagement, email open rates, and social reach
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or content roles, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, events, or creative industries
- Strong understanding of campaign planning and execution across digital and offline channels
- Hands-on experience creating content with a mobile or camera (especially video)
- Excellent copywriting and organizational skills
- Familiarity with content planning tools (Notion, Trello, Airtable), social platforms, and CRM tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo
- Confident working independently, but collaborative in approach
