We're seeking a capable, hands-on Marketing & Content Associate to lead our brand storytelling and digital engagement. This is not a junior content creator role — it's a marketing position for someone with real experience in executing content strategy, email marketing, and brand communication. You must be comfortable working across platforms and driving results in a small, creative business environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the project management and execution of brand marketing initiatives and seasonal events , including campaigns tied to new collections, gifting moments, and in-store activations
  • Own and manage the monthly content calendar across Instagram, email, and campaigns
  • Write and deploy email campaigns via Klaviyo (including product launches, gifting campaigns, and loyalty messaging)
  • Coordinate visuals for social media posts by briefing designers, interns, and freelancers
  • Manage and optimize Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase)
  • Draft product descriptions, website banners, and promotional copy
  • Work with the founder to translate creative direction into campaigns and digital touchpoints
  • Track engagement performance and provide monthly content reports

Must-Have Experience & Skills

Candidates must meet all of the following to be considered:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a brand, creative, or lifestyle business
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (not just Mailchimp or other tools)
  • Experience using Shopify (comfortable updating product pages, banners, collections)
  • Strong copywriting skills — your writing is thoughtful, precise, and brand-appropriate
  • Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, or Figma)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to follow through across teams

Bonus (Not Required, But a Plus)

  • Experience in fashion, jewelry, or slow lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with Meta/IG Ads (small-scale, focused campaigns)
  • Experience mentoring interns or coordinating creative teams
  • Strong visual literacy and an eye for elegant, minimalist design
