Marketing & Community Associate

We’re looking for a creative, digitally-savvy individual to join our team as a Marketing & Community Associate. This role reports to the Brand and Marketing Lead and will focus primarily on growing our digital presence and community through social media strategy, content creation, and brand activations.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll be at the heart of how we show up to our audience — translating brand storytelling into engaging digital content, and building meaningful relationships with our online community and collaborators.

• Grow the brand’s audience and presence in the Singapore market through digital marketing, social-led activations, and content strategy.

• Lead the brand’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu), including content planning, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.

• Develop creative, on-brand digital content (visuals, short-form videos, captions) in collaboration with the creative team.

• Support the planning and execution of community and brand events that engage audiences and deepen brand connection.

• Support the brand’s public relations efforts by assisting with media/influencer outreach and relationship management.

• Optimise the brand’s website, digital platforms, and communication channels to deliver a seamless, consistent, and positive customer experience.

• Support broader marketing and communication efforts to grow brand awareness, drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and strengthen brand loyalty and customer retention.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-3 years’ experience in a relevant role or past public relations experience.

• Enjoy connecting with people and community-centric.

• Able to manage multiple timelines, manage and see projects to completion.

• Possess a keen eye for detail, creativity and an interest in lifestyle and trends.

• Efficient, organised, responsible, trustworthy, and accountable.

• Communicative, responsive, teachable, and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently.
