We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy communications professional to join our team as a Marketing Communications Project Executive / Senior Executive.
In this role, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Communications, to lead and support the execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns to promote ERA’s Project Marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Project Marketing, Social Media, Creative, and PR, to deliver campaigns that strengthen brand affinity, increase customer engagement, and improve marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning, Management & Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing communications campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.
- Develop 360° marketing strategies to expand ERA’s digital footprint and brand awareness locally and regionally.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners/agencies to deliver campaigns with clear goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage marketing communications deliverables for ERA Project Marketing events, including timelines, content, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with ERA's brand and business goals, and are delivered efficiently and on time.
Campaign Content Planning & Creation
- Develop and manage a marketing content calendar that supports key campaigns, launches, and brand activities.
- Write clear, persuasive, and engaging marketing copy across platforms-including social media, websites, EDMs, brochures, and video scripts.
- Work with creative and production teams (e.g. designers, videographers) to develop high-quality visual and multimedia assets.
- Ensure all content produced is on-brand and aligned with campaign objectives and target audience.
Performance Tracking, Optimisation & Reporting
- Define campaign KPIs and measure effectiveness across all touchpoints.
- Monitor performance, compile reports, and extract actionable insights to guide future marketing decisions.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in messaging, format, or channel strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform content and campaign planning.
Event Participation and On-Ground Support
- Be actively involved in supporting key company events, including weeknight or weekend activations when required.
- Provide on-site marketing and communications support to ensure smooth event execution and brand consistency.
Ideal candidate:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing project management, campaign execution, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage concurrent projects with tight timelines.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing best practices.
- Exceptional writing skills and ability to adapt tone of voice across formats.
- Strong visual and creative sensibility, with experience collaborating with design and video teams.
- Knowledge of performance metrics and tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and an excellent team player.
- Interest or prior exposure to the real estate industry is a plus.
