Job description

Contracts Champion For :

  • Advertising Contract
  • Social Media Contract & other contracts
  • Webpage Maintenance
  • Event Space Booking and short-term leases
  • Adhoc procurement and service contracts, including contract management, procurement, certification of works and invoices, issuing POs, and updating the OMS Online system
  • Winch contract
  • Human Traffic Counter
  • PDPA
  • Any other task assigned by SCM

Placemaking scope of Work :

  • Event Management and Liaison
  • Rental of Event / Advertisement Spaces / Push-carts
  • Inspection of event space / push carts
  • Broadcasting of EDMs, social media marketing
  • Manage & update webpage, promote & info updates
  • Manage Host App, refresh contents, update promotions, and inspect advertising copy and layouts
  • Collaborate with retailers on advertising and promotion activities
  • Onboard new tenants to A&P Platform
  • Work with HPB or other vendors to organize events and wellness programs
  • Prepare budgets and estimates for event costs as part of campaign planning
  • Develop contacts for industry programs and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales promotion results and tenant GTO
  • Gather and organize information for advertising strategies
  • Plan and coordinate placemaking activities, liaising with tenants
  • Coordinate with Sustainability on programs & activities with tenants
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure renewal of licenses (Ad panels, BCA, MOM, etc.)
  • Manage temporary leasing of event spaces
  • Renew webpage & server licenses
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by SCM
