Job description
The scope of this role is to drive leads for all SMA's programmes via Advertising & Promotions on SMA's Social Media platforms as well as the digital assets of Mediacorp, in addition to TV and Radio. In addition, the position is also responsible for supporting SMA's roadshows and events which are also activities that drive leads for SMA's programmes.
Responsibilities
Design and develop the marketing and branding strategy of SMA.
Strategize and supervise the branding efforts of SMA to deliver top of mind awareness of SMA, SMA's offerings and USPs.
Design and develop marketing campaigns to support and achieve revenue targets.
Manage the marketing budget, optimize, track and report the ROI of SMA's marketing budget. Lead in the engagement of internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the Marketing Agency, Design Agency, other vendors and agencies engaged by SMA.
Provide marketing support and branding collaterals for SMA events and roadshows.
Generate content for SMA's Social Media Platforms for leads generation and audience engagement.
Manage all communications from SMA and ensure information is current and up-to-date (ie: website, microsites, EDMs and internal comms).
Build SMA's branding and work on internal & external communications on the programmes. In addition, to manage the marketing budget, Edutrust audits and PDPA compliance of SMA.
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication / Business Administration or any related discipline is a plus.
5 to 8 years of experience in Marketing and Communications or Branding.
Understanding of the digital media landscape and a broad and deep knowledge of digital content and social media trends.
Understanding of the Private Education and Training industry as well as the legislation and regulations on Funding and the Private Education Act.
Strategic thinking skills and business development skills.
Good business acumen and strong pitching skills.
Identifying opportunities and threats in the external environment.
Strategic thinker able to understand and operationalize company's goals, for short- and long-term planning.
Good communication and influencing skills to manage stakeholders.
