What You'll Do:

As a Marketing Communications Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our integrated marketing strategies. You’ll work across departments and with external partners to create customer-focused campaigns that align with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with various teams across different functions (e.g., sales, product, creative) to deliver effective campaigns that bridges company’s goals
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and providing reports to stakeholders.
  • Be involved in all areas of marketing including, but not be limited to:
  • Marketing Communications
  • CRM
  • Advertising and Promotions
  • Branding
  • Digital Marketing
  • Event Management
  • Community Management
  • Commercial Partnership
  • Collecting and analysing customer data to optimize customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Create and execute retention campaigns to maximise customer lifetime value that in turn drive the overall business growth.
  • Support in any ad-hoc marketing activities as assigned by Manager.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification
  • 2-3 years of relevant experiences from related industries such as FMCG/Retail brands preferred
  • Solid experience in CRM programs or app application will be an advantage
  • Social media and social media tools savvy
  • Basic photography, copywriting and photo/video editing skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects etc) preferred
  • Excellent command of English; both written and spoken to communicate with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) applications
  • Knowledge in SEO, SEM and Google Analytics is an advantage
  • Display a great deal of creativity and problem solving skill
  • Cheerful disposition with a good sense of humor
  • Self-motivated, independent, team player and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful, meticulous and analytical
  • Possess strong presentation, written and interpersonal skills
