Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the ideation, development and implementation of marketing initiatives and tactical campaigns to strengthen branding and drive revenue for House of 28.
  2. Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to review business needs to identify gaps and opportunities for establishing, planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
  4. Leverage collaborations with external business partners to enhance marketing outreach.
  5. Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and consistent brand articulation.
  6. Craft and proofread content for marketing communications efforts.
  7. Analyse and continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), e.g. Returns-on-Investment (ROI), sales growth, website traffic, social media engagement, consumer insights.
  8. Leverage digital marketing tools and strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor in Marketing Communication, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of progressive marketing experience, with a demonstrable focus on project management and event execution.
  3. Proven success in organizing and managing community events.
  4. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
