About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and drive our brand narrative across Singapore and the region. You will be responsible for shaping our internal and external communications, overseeing brand positioning, and ensuring cohesive storytelling that inspires confidence in our customers, engages our people, and positions ISS as a trusted leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement an engaging brand strategy aligned with ISS’s global narrative and local business priorities.
Drive go-to-market strategies and lead brand campaigns to enhance visibility and strengthen stakeholder engagement across Singapore and the region.
Plan, manage, and support corporate events, including internal activations and external client engagements.
Support the communications and promotion of CSR-related initiatives in alignment with brand values.
Lead the development and production of corporate marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, etc.
Oversee content planning and execution across digital and social platforms (LinkedIn & Facebook), ensuring brand consistency and compelling storytelling.
Draft social media content, speaking points, and message frameworks for senior leadership, including the CEO.
Manage the corporate website in collaboration with global and regional stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment.
Support media relations, brand partnerships, and sponsorship initiatives that enhance ISS’s market presence.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy and business development efforts.
Compile and maintain the company’s track record and lead award submission processes.
Provide strategic oversight for internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, working closely with the internal communications executive and relevant teams to ensure alignment with broader messaging.
Any other duties as assigned by Management in line with evolving business needs.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Mass Communications or related fields.
Strong knowledge of branding communication principles, practices and trends.
SEO and Social Media Paid marketing knowledge is preferred but not required.
Excellent design acumen with proven track record in delivering exceptional marketing plans with strong brand stewardship.
Creative, able to think out of the box and explore new channels of outreach and messaging to build brand awareness.
Works well in ambiguity and thrives in fast-evolving environment.
Excellent creative writing and verbal communication skills.
Strong project or campaign management skills with ability to multi-task.
Very strong interpersonal skills, collaborative, people-focused and passionate.
At least 8-10 years of relevant working experience.
Public Relations or advertising agency experience preferred or proven track record of in-house branding.
Experience in consumer marketing or managing a global brand or conglomerate.
Experience in the Singapore healthcare system or public sector advantageous but not mandatory.
Good knowledge effective communication channels and tools with strong presentation skills.
Oversee projects or campaign deliverables with strong project management skills to meet timelines and goals.
