Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Admin, Marketing or Data Analytics.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Digital savviness and passion for communications and people engagement.
• Team player with collaboration skills.
• Familiar with MS Office; basic design/video tools (Canva, Capcut, Adobe).
• Experience with AI tools for solutions and exception handling; Power Automate knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end planning, promotion and execution of marketing events.
• Support digital marketing campaigns to drive demand generation.
• Create engaging marketing content for thought leadership; contribute ideas to content plan.
• Identify and optimize marketing workflows to boost efficiency.
• Support internal communications initiatives such as town halls and employee sessions.
