Job Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing HCP Medical Education events such as trade shows, proctorships – includes navigating systems involved, from pre-event planning to post-event follow up, managing event budgets
Manage brand asset creation in support of digital channel and sales enablement content development, and modify assets as required – includes print ads, brochures, webpages etc
Gain approval of advertising and promotional collaterals through medical, legal, and regulatory review process; ensure copy approval process is followed in accordance with BD policy
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure they meet campaign requirements and deliver high-quality work for all deliverables
Supports other marketing projects where required, such as internal training programs
Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders in relation to events or projects
Manage or maintain systems for ongoing HCP Medical Education
Track, analyse and constantly improve on effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Our Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications, or Marketing, or a related field
Fresh graduates with prior internship experience in a medical device company are preferred
Applicant should demonstrate strong capability in handling multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver them on timely basis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud; competency or experience with digital marketing is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Able to undertake 4 0% travel within SEA region
