Marketing & Communications Executive – 3 Months Contract

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

  • End-to-end Event Management from coordination to onsite event support.
  • End-to-end Marketing Collaterals support for Consumer and Trade from brief creation to final delivery of digital and print artwork for Singapore and key regions such as Malaysia, India, Philippines and India. During peak periods, priority of scope will shift to 50% consumer marketing and 50% trade marketing.
  • Liaison with local agencies for media bookings
  • Provide support for Digital Marketing tasks such as ad copywriting, brief submission and liaison with central digital team for ad scheduling
  • Provide PR support in liaison with KOL or local media for familiarisation trips
  • Provide support for any other ad-hoc marketing and comms related requests
  • Any other related duties assigned from time to time

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience (internships count)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Google Analytic etc.)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organised, good communication, copywriting skills and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • A team player with a positive and attitude and a willingness to learn
