Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Development & Corporate Identity
- Build and maintain a cohesive corporate identity across all marketing touchpoints.
- Develop visual and written brand materials including corporate templates, company profiles, and presentations.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, design, and messaging across all platforms.
2. Digital Marketing & Channel Management
- Plan, launch, and manage the company’s digital presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business, etc.).
- Develop and maintain content calendars for social and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate visuals, videos, and other multimedia content to showcase the brand and products.
3. Website Development & Management
- Co-Lead the creation of the company website from ground up: structure, design, content, and development.
- Work with web developers, designers, or agencies (as needed) to bring the website to life.
- Ensure website is optimized for user experience, mobile responsiveness, and search visibility.
4. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, recruitment, events, or brand awareness.
- Create and manage campaign assets such as banners, landing pages, emails, and ad creatives.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to align messaging and support lead nurturing through marketing materials.
5. Marketing Systems & Analytics Setup
- Research and propose tools for tracking marketing performance (e.g., Google Analytics, UTM tags, CRM tools).
- Set up basic analytics and reporting structures to measure campaign effectiveness over time.
- Experiment with low-cost tools to test and learn what works in our market.
6. Vendor & Agency Liaison
- Collaborate with external vendors (design, printing, media buying) and freelancers when needed.
- Ensure quality and timeline expectations are met.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or communications (internship experience counts).
- Strong writing skills and visual sense.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Familiar with digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc).
- Familiar with Generative AI and tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress, or marketing automation tools.
- Basic video editing or motion graphics.
