about the Role
Content Creation & Design
- Develop marketing materials, including brochures, datasheets, newsletters, presentations, and digital assets
- Design social media graphics, posters and banners
- Create and manage engaging social media content
Video Production
- Shoot and edit short-form video content for corporate and programme marketing-related videos.
- Optimize videos for different social media platforms
Copywriting & Brand Messaging
- Write compelling copy for websites, social media, email marketing, and advertisements
- Craft engaging captions and blog articles to showcase our programmes
- Ensure brand voice and tone consistency across all marketing channels
- Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of the Company’s publication, i.e. annual reports, e-newsletters, corporate videos, etc.
Marketing Execution & Strategy
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities/events such as outreach, fundraising, client/volunteer training workshops, partner collaboration events and networking sessions.
- Plans, executes and manage web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns,
- Manage the monthly social media and marketing calendar, including content scheduling, promotional timelines, and event coordination.
- Track the Company’s social media performance, including social listening and market research, to stay informed of trends. Analyse, and report on key digital marketing metrics (e.g., impressions, unique visits, followers, clicks, shares) to drive traffic.
- Work closely internally and externally to generate leads and nurture prospects.
- Support in Marketing and Budget Planning.
Experience & Qualifications: Attributes & Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing/Marketing or a related field is desirable.
- Familiarity with website, social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creativity and the ability to generate fresh, engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to handle pressures and tight deadlines.
- Highly motivated and result-driven.
- Flexible and adaptive. Keen to learn.
- Hands-on with a practical approach.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or photography is a plus
- Social media and Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Canva, Wix, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools, you leverage technology to enhance your creative process.
