Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing communication strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, social media, press releases, newsletters, brochures, and internal communications.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and other vendors to produce marketing materials.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement.
- Plan and support the execution of marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and provide insights for improvement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to support lead generation and customer engagement efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing communications or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
