Garuda Indonesia (GA) and Citilink Indonesia (QG) are looking for a Marketing Analyst / Communications Specialist with a strategic mindset and creative edge.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives on planning, coordination, and data-driven decision-making—while still bringing campaigns to life through compelling content and strong brand presence.
What You’ll Do:- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with brand goals and regional market dynamics.
- Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns—from ideation and planning to execution and performance analysis.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, operations, and external partners (banks, tourism boards, airport authorities) to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, analyze campaign results, and deliver actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts.
- Content Oversight: creation of visuals, social media content, and promotional materials to ensure strategic alignment and brand consistency.
- Digital & Event Strategy: Maintain and update web content with a focus on user engagement, and coordinate key local events to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Calendar & Budget Management: Maintain a marketing calendar for Singapore, track budgets, and ensure timely execution of activities.
What You Bring:- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong experience in marketing planning, campaign execution, and performance reporting
- Solid understanding of brand strategy and audience segmentation
- Skilled in project coordination, stakeholder management, and multitasking
- Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, analytics dashboards)
- Bonus: Background in aviation, tourism, or regional marketing in Singapore
