A creative eCommerce firm in Singapore is looking for an individual to enhance its marketplace by developing effective eCommerce strategies and managing the platform. The role involves overseeing operations, implementing social media strategies, and ensuring a quality customer experience. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of eCommerce experience, proficiency in Google Analytics, and strong communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
This role will help to grow the eCommerce marketplace business by conceptualizing, budgeting, and executing demand generation campaigns. Oversee the operations and performance of the eCommerce platform - ensuring functionality, usability, and an optimal customer experience. To develop and plan digital marketing strategies, campaigns and paid promotions that coincide with product releases, ad campaigns and other brand messages. Ensuring congruent brand representation across platforms
1) E-commerce Strategy:
• Formulate and implement a holistic e-commerce strategy aligned with company goals.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities in line with market trends and competition.
2) Website Management:
• Supervise the upkeep and enhancement of the e-commerce website, ensuring seamless user experience.
• Introduce enhancements to website design, navigation, and functionality for improved performance.
3) Social media
