Brand Strategy & Activation:
- Design, implement and shepherd the FCI Brand as part of the FCI strategy, including brand platform, architecture, positioning, messaging, and visual identity, as well brand guidelines for segment communication (in partnership with the segment teams)
- Design and lead internal and external branding programs, measure and continuously improve on brand equity, create, deploy and enforce foundational content and tools and lead marcom support around key segment marketing events
External Communication:
- Help building the business’s reputation through developing and implementing a thought leader approach
- Provide guidance and executional support to Segment Teams in conceptualizing, developing and executing engaging content for their target audiences
- Organize/Drive efficient processes around the creation of content to drive business and specific FCI/ segment marketing objectives and launch content to relevant stakeholders, forums and raise business’s profile at events/trade shows
- Drive performance and content population of FCI’s WeChat channel in line with the business and marketing objectives as set by Segment Marketing.
Agency & Media Relations:
- Build external relationships with key influencers. Liaise with Corporate Communication on any overarching FCI Media relations and/or Crisis communication
- Drive social media activities for the region
- Vendor selection & management, PO creation and follow-up.
Internal Communication & Strategy:
- Develop, implement and execute an RSO China communications strategy in line with business objectives
- Translate Global messages to regional specific along with rolling out and implementation of those messages and increasing employee engagement
- Support Business Leads and segments with overall communications to ensure alignment and timely communication of key messages throughout the organization
