A leading company in the beauty and luxury sector seeks a Marketing Specialist. The role involves managing campaigns, creating engaging content, and fostering social media engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with experience in branding and a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Management
Develop and oversee integrated marketing communication campaigns across various channels.
Analyse campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements for enhanced effectiveness.
Content Creation
Develop engaging and impactful content for POSM, salon in-salon support request, and social media platforms.
Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives.
Social Media Management
Strategize, curate, and manage content for the company’s social media platforms to foster engagement and community growth.
Monitor social media trends, respond to comments and messages promptly, and ensure a positive brand image is maintained online.
Collaborate with creative teams to design visually appealing posts, reels, and videos.
Analyse performance data from social media campaigns and prepare regular reports on audience engagement and growth.
Public Relations Coordination
Work closely with the Public Relations agency to adapt and review press releases, media kits, and other external communication materials.
Coordinate with the agency to ensure consistent media coverage and favourable brand visibility.
Brand Management
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing and communication materials.
Conduct regular audits of marketing materials to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Liaise with internal teams such as sales, product development, and design to align marketing communication strategies with business goals.
Manage external partnerships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Market Research
Conduct research to identify audience preferences and industry trends.
Use insights to inform content creation and campaign strategies.
Requirements:
Graduate Diploma in Marketing.
Experience (1+ years) in branding and marketing.
Working with influencers and experience working within an agency or managing agency partners would be advantageous.
Creative thinker with basic understanding of marketing mix and best practices, specifically in beauty, fashion, and luxury goods is preferred.
Basic knowledge in reporting and data analytics, SEO and Google Analytics.
Communication – ability to communicate bilingual (English and Chinese) both verbally and in writing, clear priorities and progress tied to business results in common format.
Systems - knowledge of digital and social platforms and analytical tools.
Software – Photoshop, Powerpoint, Excel or any design software.
