Overview

As a key member of the APAC Digital Marketing team, the Marketing Campaign Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving campaigns that deliver high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the region. This role is responsible for managing and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives—including email, digital advertising, social media, and webinars—to support lead generation and conversion goals. Working closely with key internal stakeholders, the Campaign Specialist ensures timely and effective campaign execution, while maintaining alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration, performance tracking, and continuous optimization to ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable pipeline impact. This role reports to the digital marketing lead, APAC

Responsibilities

  • Project manage and execute integrated demand generation campaigns in APAC. Campaign aspects include email marketing, digital advertising, social media marketing, webinars/digital events, and various lead generation programs.
  • Support strategies developed by Channel and Marketing Managers to deliver on lead engagement and conversion goals. You are their right-hand for campaign execution and will help the team operate efficiently.
  • Manage all elements of lead generation programs - purchase requests, asset creation/submission, stakeholder coordination, lead collection/management, and measure/report results. Localize headquarters-led campaigns based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to ensure regional relevance and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns, while ensuring all campaign components are in line with brand and messaging guidelines
  • Monitor and optimize email campaign performance; keep a pulse on new content to enhance lead nurture efforts; collaborate with Marketing Operations Specialist to make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional sales and marketing counterparts, the corporate marketing team, technology partners, and other business stakeholders
  • Establish deadlines and hold stakeholders accountable; track and update campaign progress through project management tool
  • Analyze, monitor, and report on the performance of marketing campaign results on a regular basis, to help develop data-driven decisions
  • Additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
  • Support SDRs with crafting and optimizing Outreach inbound sequences to improve engagement and response rates.
  • Ensure a continuous stream of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to SDRs by monitoring campaign performance and lead flow.
  • Monitor and review lead conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with pipeline goals.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years marketing and/or campaign project management experience
  • Regional experience preferred
  • True passion for campaigns and lead generation: You enjoy creating marketing programs that drive measurable business results.
  • Naturally effective project manager: You have a knack for multi-tasking, are extremely detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Experience working with CRM, data management and email marketing automation tools (Microsoft Dynamics and Marketo preferred)
  • Proven experience with various digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, SEO, SEM)
  • Skilled short-form writer of compelling emails, social media posts and digital ads
  • Effective communicator within matrixed environment; comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiar with project management tools, Wrike preferred
  • Work both independently and with others to achieve results
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
