Job summary

BullionStar is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the marketing plan and turn it into campaigns across social, email, content, PR, the website and our bullion centre. You will shape the strategy with the Deputy CEO and lead cross-channel execution from messaging to calendar and delivery.

You will collaborate with the team to craft campaigns that move the business, leveraging data, audience insights, and creative direction. This on-site role supports BullionStar's Singapore operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate end-to-end marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Experience marketing online retail products (e-commerce).
• Ability to craft campaigns across social, email, content, PR, website and in-store channels.
• Strong understanding of brand, customer needs, and market dynamics.
• Inquisitive mindset with willingness to learn the product and market.
• Ability to analyze data to guide marketing decisions.
• Based in Singapore or capable of on-site work at New Bridge Road.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing plan and turn it into campaigns across channels.
• Decide messaging, channels, calendar and execution with Deputy CEO and team.
• Shape the marketing plan with opportunities and turn them into effective campaigns.
• Develop strategy, campaigns, social, email, content, PR, website and store promotions.
• Lead media relations and analytics to inform future plans.
• Ensure the thread across product, shop floor, editorial, social, email, website feels unified.
