Job summary

JUZ BREAD HOLDING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to plan, coordinate and execute campaigns, promotions and product launches across our brand portfolio.

You will manage events, roadshows and on-site support, and handle online marketing on digital and social platforms. You will prepare price lists and promotional materials, liaise with malls, vendors and internal teams, monitor campaigns, gather market feedback, and conduct basic market research.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in F&B, retail or FMCG.
• Hands-on experience coordinating events, promotions, campaigns or product launches.
• Strong planning, coordination and execution skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities and new product launches.
• Coordinate and manage events, roadshows, festive fairs and other promotional activities, including setup and on-site support.
• Handle online marketing and promotional activities across the company’s digital and social media platforms.
• Prepare and update product price lists, promotional materials, posters, signage and other marketing collaterals.
• Liaise with shopping malls, event organisers, vendors, suppliers and other external parties on marketing and event-related matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments and outlets to ensure smooth implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Handle and follow up on customer feedback and complaints, coordinating with relevant parties to resolve issues.
• Support planning and promotion of new products, including marketing materials and launch activities.
• Monitor ongoing marketing activities and gather customer feedback and market information.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends and promotional opportunities.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for campaigns, events and promotions.
• Perform other ad hoc marketing-related duties and projects.
