Responsibilities include producing promotional copy and content, updating websites, tracking campaign metrics, and coordinating with all departments to ensure smooth project execution for growth in Singapore and abroad.

Qualificações

• Produce promotional copy and marketing collateral to support campaigns and content creation.
• Update website content, manage social media channels, and schedule digital ads or mailers.
• Track campaign performance metrics, monitor audience engagement, and compile reports to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with all departments to coordinate project execution and ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist the Sales Manager with travel itineraries and meetings for overseas business trips.
• Monitor branch office operations and report findings to headquarters.
• Prepare presentations, brochures, project references, and client-facing documents.
• Support procurement decisions by researching and negotiating terms for equipment and materials.
• Read GA drawings to prepare material cost lists, generate quotations, specs, tenders, and respond to inquiries.
• Visit local shipyards to gather project information and build relationships with contacts.
• Perform additional marketing-related tasks to support objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Produce promotional copy, social media posts, email newsletters, and marketing collateral to support campaign execution and content creation.
• Update website content, manage social media channels, and schedule digital ads or mailers to maintain effective digital and channel management.
• Track campaign performance metrics, monitor audience engagement, and compile weekly and monthly reports to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with all company departments to coordinate project execution and ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist the Sales Manager in preparing travel itineraries and arranging meetings for overseas business trips.
• Monitor branch office operations regularly and report findings to headquarters to ensure smooth functioning.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, company brochures, project references, and generate commercial or technical agreements for client meetings.
• Support procurement decisions by researching, purchasing, and negotiating terms for equipment and materials needed for production.
• Read general arrangement (GA) drawings to prepare material cost lists, generate quotations, technical specifications, tender documents, and respond to customer inquiries.
• Visit local shipyards frequently to gather information on new and existing projects and build strong relationships with shipyard contacts.
• Perform additional marketing-related tasks as assigned to support overall business objectives.
