Job description

Position Overview:

As a Marketing Specialist for the Global Demand & Media Center (GDMC), you will support the Global Campaigns team in campaign execution, program management, budget management, data management, and reporting. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing activities align with overall business goals. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with global stakeholders in a fast-paced digital marketing environment and contribute to Autodesk's success in the APJ region.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, data analysis, or a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Additional experience with other MarTech tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of communication processes, including graphics and production.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand company products, strategies, and client needs.
  • Knowledge of marketing research and demographics analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms and Account-Based Marketing basics.
  • Attention to detail to ensure seamless execution.
  • Postgraduate diploma or degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare marketing assets such as eDMs, landing pages, case studies, and reports for regional rollout.
  2. Coordinate full-funnel digital marketing campaigns with internal teams such as Campaign Managers and Paid Media Managers.
  3. Support webinar execution from setup to streaming.
  4. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
  5. Assist with new contact acquisition, data enrichment, and system synchronization (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
  6. Identify and propose improvements in campaign execution and collaboration processes.
  7. Analyze and report marketing data to inform future strategies.
  8. Manage marketing budgets, purchase orders, and invoice settlements.
  9. Coordinate with Account-Based Marketing and sales teams for alignment.
