- Strategize, build and execute effective marketing campaigns around Sodexo brand, key industry functions and support outstanding clients and consumers experience.
- Create outstanding client and consumer experience, solutions to support sales and business growth.

- Lead strategic marketing for Sodexo brand which includes Sodexo services lines, products, engagement initiatives and more.
- Conceptualize and own a rolling 360 marketing calendar for our strategic initiatives including but not limited to our brand, education and corporate services sites.
- Conceptualize and execute key marketing campaigns with the operations, Food and FM platform teams.
- Create written content such as thought leadership articles, blogs, client newsletters and press releases.
- Market and advocate the services playbook enabling the business teams to leverage the breadth of our solutions.
- Embrace the digital transformation of business and support the creation of new services and offerings.
- Lead the service life cycle process end to end for innovation projects through cross functional teams and drive high quality executions.
- Drive tracking and assume accountability on marketing campaigns and strategic projects.
- Develop partnerships with agencies and drive work streams to deliver high quality solutions, branding and client pitches
- Drive RoI led initiatives and campaigns that support the wider business.
- Develop excellent client pitches, on site and online deployment and sales toolkits.
- Work closely with business, sales, finance, Food and FM Platform, communications, regional and global marketing.

- Digital native with working understanding of social marketing and appreciates technology.
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team.
- Ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Ability to self-motivate in a fast paced, multifaceted environment
- Good judgement and understanding of on audiences / personas.
- Experience across sectors including education, facilities management and/or the food industry.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator and/or other design and video editing tools
- 8 years + experience of which 6 years in product marketing/branding in a relevant industry and minimum 4 years’ experience in core marketing
