Job description

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the F&B industry. They are looking for a
Brand & Marketing Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategize & Execute Marketing Campaigns – Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that support business goals, boost brand presence, and drive market expansion.
  • Brand Management – Continuously assess and refine branding efforts to strengthen market visibility and customer engagement across all media platforms.
  • Campaign Planning & Evaluation – Launch branding initiatives and special projects while measuring their effectiveness and impact.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting – Set KPIs, monitor marketing performance, and provide regular reports to optimize ROI and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Content & Communication Oversight – Manage the creation of corporate communication materials, including advertisements, press releases, and promotional content.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Develop community outreach programs and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders, media, and agencies to support brand initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams to create a cost-effective marketing calendar and report on marketing performance for management insights.
  • All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing or other relevant field of studies
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experiences preferably from F&B industry
