Position Title: Marketing & BD Exec

Working Location: Jurong West

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic $2,500 - $5,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and execute end-to-end marketing and digital marketing functions: campaign planning, social media, creative concepts, art direction, marketing decks, and collateral production.
2. Drive business development: initiate collaborations, partnerships, and manage events.
3. Strategize and launch new marketing campaigns to promote brand and products, driving sales and brand awareness.
4. Support and collaborate closely with Sales & BD teams for synergy and joint success.
5. Build and nurture relationships with brands, platforms, and partners to achieve impactful collaborations.
6. Enhance brand recognition and marketing value through strategic networking and partnerships.
7. Negotiate, plan, and arrange contracts with collaboration partners.
8. Coordinate and execute Above The Line (ATL) & Below The Line (BTL) brand marketing including creative, copywriting, print, distribution, campaign rollout, and performance reporting.
9. Uphold brand consistency and accuracy in all marketing materials and communications.
10. Lead long-term brand and marketing strategies, providing insights to reinforce brand leadership in Singapore's food gifting souvenir sector.
11. Co-create brand narratives and key messages with vendors and internal teams for maximum impact.
12. Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and collaterals targeting overseas markets, travel agent platforms, and MICE/trade channels.
13. Manage Trade Marketing budget effectively to meet B2B objectives.
14. Support regional sales growth (e.g., Japan, Asia, India) and adapt marketing strategies to changing market conditions, including border measures.
15. Oversee and execute tourism/event-related marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales & BD teams.
16. Monitor and analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement.
17. Ensure accuracy and consistency of online product content.
18. Provide market intelligence on ecommerce and business trends within the region.
19. Manage timely pricing updates and resolve pricing discrepancies with partners.
20. Prepare and update regular sales reports; assist in annual reporting.
21. Drive sales for special event promotions via targeted marketing initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

1. Proven experience in Marketing, Business Development, and Digital Marketing.
2. Demonstrated expertise in website development, SEO/SEM; coding/Shopify skills preferred.
3. Proficient in Facebook/Instagram, Google Analytics, WeChat, Xiao HongShu, TikTok.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator; proficiency in graphic design is a plus.
6. Event management experience preferred.
7. Strong team player, proactive, independent, and able to thrive under pressure.
8. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work to tight deadlines.
9. Self-motivated with strong PR, strategy, and campaign execution abilities.
