Job summary

BENEO is seeking a Marketing Assistant Asia-Pacific in Singapore to support regional marketing activities across Asia-Pacific, collaborating closely with the commercial team. You will contribute to market research, social media, content creation, campaigns, events and marketing administration in an international environment.

This temporary role runs from November 2026 to July 2027, offering hands-on experience across marketing disciplines and the opportunity to develop digital skills with Canva

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent multilingual communicator with good communication skills; creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of major social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence & Reporting: Research market trends, players, industry developments, and product launches; Analyze performance data and present insights.
• Social Media & Digital Content: Research social media trends, competitors, communities, and potential influencer partners; Support influencer collaborations and content development.
• Marketing Communication & Creative Support: Develop and adapt brochures, presentations, and communication materials; Create graphics, videos, concepts, and visuals for campaigns and events; Draft and edit marketing content including blogs and newsletters; Ensure brand consistency.
• Campaign and Event Support: Plan and execute events and marketing initiatives; Coordinate logistics, materials, vendors, follow-up, and distribution.
• Marketing Administration: Localisation of marketing materials, translations and regional adaptation; Maintain inventory and provide project coordination support.

Your role as Marketing Assistant Asia-Pacific, you will support our regional marketing activities across Asia-Pacific and work closely with our commercial team across the region. You will contribute to a broad range of activities – from market research, social media and content creation to campaigns, events and marketing administration. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across different areas of marketing in an international environment.

This is a temporary role from November 2026 to July 2027.

Your Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Research market trends, players, industry developments, and product launches.
• Analyze performance data and present insights to support business decisions.

Social Media & Digital Content

• Research social media trends, competitors, communities, and potential influencer partners.
• Support influencer collaborations and coordinate content development.

Marketing Communication & Creative Support

• Develop and adapt brochures, presentations, and communication materials.
• Create basic graphics, videos, concepts, and visuals for campaigns and events.
• Draft and edit marketing content, including blogs and newsletters.
• Ensure brand consistency and organize digital assets and collateral.

Campaign and Event Support

• Support event, campaign, and marketing initiative planning and execution.
• Coordinate logistics, materials, vendors, follow-up, and timely distribution.

Marketing Administration

• Support localisation of marketing materials, including translations and regional adaptation.
• Maintain marketing material and giveaway inventory, including replenishment.
• Provide administrative and project coordination support for marketing operations.

Your Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
