As we continue growing in Singapore, we’re looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing Executive to drive our day-to-day marketing execution, content localization, and campaign coordination efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing brand with a creative, dynamic, and data-driven team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and localize marketing assets across Google, Meta, TikTok, website, email, and SEO channels.
2. Collaborate with external marketing agencies to execute digital campaigns and creative production.
3. Manage influencer and UGC marketing efforts, including sourcing, outreach, and performance tracking.
4. Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI) to ideate, script, and streamline content creation.
5. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights for optimization.
6. Support end-to-end campaign planning and execution for seasonal launches and key occasions.
7. Work with internal teams to ensure content and messaging are aligned across all touchpoints.
8. Assist the Country Business Head in executing marketing strategies and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or consumer brands.
3. Strong project management skills with an eye for detail and deadlines.
4. Experience working with influencers, content creators, or UGC platforms.
5. A data-savvy mindset — you understand performance metrics and how to act on them.
6. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
7. Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools) or video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro) - Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or other video editing tools.
