A leading healthcare clinic is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support various marketing initiatives. The role includes content creation, digital marketing, partnership coordination, and market research. The Marketing Assistant supports the development and execution of Kingston Medical Clinic’s marketing initiatives. This role focuses on creating content, managing campaigns, assisting in branding efforts, and coordinating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure strong brand presence and growth in the corporate and foreign workforce health screening sectors.
Assist in designing marketing materials (flyers, decks, digital posters) for clinic promotions and events.
Support content writing for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) to drive awareness and engagement.
Coordinate photo and video shoots at events or clinics, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Help implement marketing campaigns including outreach for new health screening packages or COVID-related services.
Track and update campaign calendars, deadlines, and performance metrics.
Support planning and logistics for health talks, webinars, roadshows, or wellness events.
Assist in updating website content and maintaining online listings.
Support digital ads execution (Google, Meta) and performance reporting under supervision.
Monitor and respond to public inquiries on digital platforms when needed.
Coordinate with vendors for printing and distribution of marketing collaterals.
Assist in maintaining a central inventory of marketing assets (banners, brochures, forms).
Liaise with business development teams to ensure accurate communication of services during client proposals.
Conduct competitor scans and gather healthcare industry insights to inform marketing strategy.
Assist with data compilation for marketing reports, event attendance records, and campaign ROI tracking.
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related fields.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and MS Office Suite.
Strong writing skills and basic knowledge of content strategy and brand positioning.
Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and responsive to short timelines.
Prior internship or experience in healthcare or wellness sectors is a plus.
Timely and accurate execution of campaign tasks.
Engagement growth across social channels.
Accuracy and consistency in brand representation across platforms and materials.
Feedback from internal departments and external partners on quality and responsiveness.
