Job description

Job Overview:

The Marketing Assistant supports the development and execution of Kingston Medical Clinic’s marketing initiatives. This role focuses on creating content, managing campaigns, assisting in branding efforts, and coordinating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure strong brand presence and growth in the corporate and foreign workforce health screening sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Social Media
  • Assist in designing marketing materials (flyers, decks, digital posters) for clinic promotions and events.

  • Support content writing for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) to drive awareness and engagement.

  • Coordinate photo and video shoots at events or clinics, ensuring brand consistency and quality.

2. Campaign Execution
  • Help implement marketing campaigns including outreach for new health screening packages or COVID-related services.

  • Track and update campaign calendars, deadlines, and performance metrics.

  • Support planning and logistics for health talks, webinars, roadshows, or wellness events.

3. Digital Marketing Support
  • Assist in updating website content and maintaining online listings.

  • Support digital ads execution (Google, Meta) and performance reporting under supervision.

  • Monitor and respond to public inquiries on digital platforms when needed.

4. Partnerships & Collateral
  • Coordinate with vendors for printing and distribution of marketing collaterals.

  • Assist in maintaining a central inventory of marketing assets (banners, brochures, forms).

  • Liaise with business development teams to ensure accurate communication of services during client proposals.

5. Market Research & Reporting
  • Conduct competitor scans and gather healthcare industry insights to inform marketing strategy.

  • Assist with data compilation for marketing reports, event attendance records, and campaign ROI tracking.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related fields.

  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and MS Office Suite.

  • Strong writing skills and basic knowledge of content strategy and brand positioning.
