Sales & Marketing Coordinator / Up to $2,500 + AWS

Job Description:

This is a full-time role for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator located in Ang Mo Kio. Our client develops sophisticated nurse call systems, enterprise reporting and analytics tools, and industry-leading software applications for caregivers and clinical staff.

  • Attend to phone calls and walk-in customers.
  • Support the sales team (Biz Development Exec/Manager) on sales & marketing activities.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
  • Responsible for order processing and generating all relevant documents.
  • Plan and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Packing of shipments and preparing shipping documents.
  • Manage and handle LC documents for submission.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders on shipments.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams for clarifications on specifications required by customers.
  • Update sales forecasts and prepare monthly sales reports on pending orders.
  • Update sales database and library.
  • Replenish stationery, staff beverages, and uniforms.
  • Assist peers in their tasks when absent (Sales & Project Coordinators).
  • Assist with travel/hotel bookings (ad-hoc).
  • Perform other administrative functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & QuickBooks.
  • Experience in shipping and logistics coordination.
  • Ability to pack and carry goods estimated at 12kg.
