Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Check SORs (stock position & combination) and issue SINs for shipment, updating daily sales records and quantities.
2. Create and update invoices in SBO upon receipt of invoice & B/L from Logistic Company.
3. Download stock and SOR data for weekly stock checks and issue purchase orders for other products.
4. Monitor inventory of other products to maintain minimum stock levels and expedite delivery when necessary.
5. Check and negotiate prices and expedite delivery with suppliers.
6. Create purchase orders upon receiving order processing forms from Sales.
7. Pass inward shipping documents to Logistic Company for customs clearance.
8. Convert POR to PIN to update stock in SBO after receiving warrants from Logistic Company.
9. Maintain & update purchasing price records in the SBO system for other products.
10. Coordinate with Logistic Company & Technical team on conversion machines and update in SBO once completed.
11. Communicate with Engineers on the status of conversion machines and testing machines in office/warehouse.
12. Issue & monitor Delivery Orders for machine deliveries to & from warehouse/office.
13. Communicate with Logistic Company's Warehouse on return machine statuses.
14. Create stock transfers for consignment stock.
15. Update showroom consignment machines list.
16. Update testing machines status to customers.
17. Maintain & order catalogs from Japan.
18. Require minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in shipping-related fields.
19. Knowledge of L/C is required.
20. Minimum Diploma or Degree qualification.
21. Knowledge in shipping (import and export) is an added advantage.
