Overview

Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Occupation: MARKETING ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

• To manage and handle company's all SNS accounts (FB, TikTok, Instagram) including creating posts, reels and short video etc.
• To be in charge of Digital Marketing
• To research market trends
• To follow up customers' reviews and complaints if any
• Proactive PR/Media strategy
• To respond to emails and inquiries relating to business development
• Ad-hoc works

Requirements

• Ability to use SNS and Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Need hospitality mindset and communication skills (at least 2 years of experience in Service Industry)
• Cooperate with other staff
• Work independently
• Japanese speaking, understanding Japanese culture is an advantage (business level)
• We have a company in Japan and need to communicate with the Japan side
