Fine Podiatry Clinic is a boutique aesthetic podiatry practice located in the heart of Singapore at Duo Galleria. We combine medical precision with spa-like comfort, delivering premium foot and nail care services that prioritise wellness, beauty, and hygiene. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant Manager to help drive awareness, engagement, and client loyalty for our brand.

Role Overview

As the Marketing Assistant Manager, you will support the clinic’s branding, digital presence, and customer engagement efforts. You’ll work closely with the clinic owner and marketing partners to shape campaigns, optimise content, and ensure our premium identity is reflected across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search channels
  • Plan and coordinate monthly content calendars, including reels, posts, and blog ideas
  • Monitor performance of digital ads (e.g., Google Ads, Meta) and work with vendors to refine targeting and conversion
  • Assist in copywriting for website, social media, brochures, and client communications
  • Support event planning and clinic promotions, including partnerships with hotels or corporate groups
  • Track and report key marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, engagement, bookings generated)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Provide creative input to enhance the clinic’s visual and experiential branding
  • Handle client enquiries
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in related field
  • or 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in health, beauty, or wellness sectors
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Good eye for design and aesthetics; basic Canva or Photoshop skills a bonus
  • Familiar with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)
  • Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for wellness, beauty, or healthcare industries is a plus
