We’re looking for a proactive and creative individual to support our Mandarin-language marketing efforts across digital platforms, social media, public relations, and more.
What you will be working on
- Plan and execute creative campaigns across digital platforms, including Xiao Hong Shu, LinkedIn, EDMs, and company websites.
- Support day-to-day social media operations—content scheduling, publishing, and engagement.
- Produce and localize content in Mandarin tailored for audiences in Singapore and the region.
- Monitor content performance and gather insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Assist with Public Relations and media outreach, including press releases, event support, and webinars.
- Support general marketing initiatives and collaborate with internal teams on cross-functional projects.

Requirements & Preferences
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media, especially Xiao Hong Shu and platforms popular with Mandarin-speaking audiences.
- Inexperienced candidates are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent writing skills in both Mandarin and English (Chinese content creation is a key part of this role).
- Basic familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.

Interest or experience in recruitment, HR Industry, or hiring trends is a plus, but not required.
