Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in crafting marketing campaigns from initial brainstorming through to execution.
• Manage social media pages including posting, community engagement, and brand presence.
• Create compelling content including captions, emailers, and marketing copy across platforms.
• Track campaign performance using dashboards and analytics to identify what works.
• Support photo shoots, video production, and event coverage both on and off camera.
• Stay ahead of marketing trends and apply fresh digital ideas to ongoing campaigns.
• Assist in organising marketing events and workshops to grow brand reach and networks.
• Support administrative tasks related to campaigns including contest management and reporting.
• Contribute creative ideas and fresh perspectives to the team regularly.
• Gain real hands-on marketing experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
