Are you a motivated, creative individual with a passion for marketing? We have a newly created regional position to support marketing activities for Asia Pacific. You will work closely with our Global marketing team in the US to coordinate, develop, and implement marketing plans and strategies for Shipco Transport Asia, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are well-organized and executed efficiently.
What You'll Do...
- Coordination & Communication:
- Serve as the key liaison between regional stakeholders and global marketing.
- Ensure overarching goals set by global marketing align with the execution of campaigns at regional and/or country levels.
- Work closely with country stakeholders to brainstorm and gather content ideas tailored to local market needs.
- Manage the coordination of regional marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of materials to the global marketing team.
- Structure and maintain the regional content calendar.
- Content Strategy & Development:
- Support localization of global marketing materials to ensure regional and country relevance.
- Audio-Visual Content Management:
- Act as the regional superuser for filming and audio-visual content production.
- Guide local teams on best practices for filming interviews, events, and promotional videos.
- Ensure all video and audio content aligns with global marketing guidelines on quality, branding, and messaging.
- Provide basic training and troubleshooting support for teams creating local video content, and work with external vendors if necessary to ensure high-quality production.
- Webinar Planning and Facilitation:
- Coordinate and facilitate webinars featuring Shipco’s in-house experts.
- Assist in planning topics, scheduling, and technical setup for webinars.
- Support presenters with slide preparation, webinar tools, and audience engagement.
- Campaign & Project Coordination:
- Ensure brand consistency across all country-level marketing activities.
- Support regional participation in webinars, digital events, and promotions.
What You'll Need...
- MIn Diploma or a Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in digital marketing content creation and social media management is highly desired.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and marketing calendars efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of image and video editing software is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective bilingual abilities and proficiency in proofreading Chinese to English.
