About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant cum Personal Assistant to support the Group CEO in daily operations and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, well-organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with top management and gain exposure across marketing and executive support functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistance to the Group CEO.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Prepare flight itineraries, event planning, and logistics coordination.
  • Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, proposals, and budgets.
  • Support marketing activities such as campaign coordination, content preparation, and vendor liaison.
  • Conduct basic market research and assist in developing marketing materials.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Some background or exposure in marketing is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
