As Daily Beauty's Marketing Assistant, you will be given the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of marketing areas focusing on social media & content creation. You will work alongside the marketing manager/brand team to drive the brand’s vision and strategy to achieve our goals.

*Commitment Period: 6 Months

*Working hours: 5 days a week (Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM) with 1 day WFH

A. Social Media Management

  • Develop and propose monthly content calendars aligned with focus products, promotions, and ongoing trends.

  • Ideate and create localised content for Daily Beauty brands on TikTok and Instagram, including trend-driven videos, retailer campaigns, and event coverage.

  • Source and coordinate with partners and influencers for sponsorships and content collaborations.

  • Work closely with social media agency(s) on:

    • Briefing, conceptualizing & reviewing content/ads for online & offline channels

    • Managing day to day community engagement and inquiries on Facebook and Instagram

B. Creative Support

  • Design, develop and /or edit multi-channel marketing and branding campaigns (banners, in-store wobblers, email, social media, paid ads, video, gifs etc.)

C. Others

  • Work with the brand team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for growth, engagement, promotion, and conversion.

  • Source GWPs (gifts with purchase), Public Relations Kits and collaborations.

  • Occasionally pack GWPs and samples.

  • Proactively seeking new ways to innovate/repurpose and improve existing creative strategy to make the content viral, relevant and #trending.

  • Assist in the monthly reporting for social media & ad campaigns

  • Any other ad-hoc duties/support required.
