Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate to provide marketing and coordination support for the team at our Singapore centre. The role involves assisting in publicity design, posting updates on social media, and timely reporting for internal and external communications.

You will also help organise outreach activities like Open House and engagement events, coordinating logistics with internal teams and external partners. Ad-hoc duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide marketing and coordination support to the team.
• Support the design of publicity materials, including posters, and assist in managing the Centre’s social media content and updates.
• Write, edit, and update the Centre’s reports promptly for internal and external communications.
• Provide operational support in organising outreach activities such as Open House, engagement events, etc.
• Coordinate logistics and communication for outreach initiatives with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
