About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at W. Atelier on a 1-year maternity-cover basis. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and communications initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, creative environment while contributing to the growth and success of our established furniture and sanitary ware retailer.

What you'll be doing

• Manage daily customer chats and support communications via SleekFlow

• Schedule campaign broadcasts and coordinate event RSVPs and follow-ups

• Oversee e-commerce operations including product listings, pricing, discounts, inventory, returns, and delivery arrangements

• Upload campaign assets and update monthly sales performance data

• Coordinate with designers to develop and verify EDM visuals

• Provide ad-hoc support for marketing events and initiatives

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into engaging content

• Preferably someone who is proficient in using social media platforms and familiar with content creation tools

• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
