Job Description & Requirements
- Campaign Development: Design and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events) to promote pest control services, targeting residential and commercial clients.
- Digital Marketing: Manage SEO/SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and paid ads to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content (blogs, videos, case studies) to educate audiences on pest prevention, treatment options, and company expertise.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to refine marketing tactics and identify growth opportunities.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, aligning with the company’s values and service offerings.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to develop promotional materials, track campaign ROI, and optimize lead conversion.
- Event Coordination: Organize or participate in trade shows, webinars, and community events to showcase services and build partnerships.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor KPIs (website traffic, conversion rates, social engagement) and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field, with 1+ years of experience in digital/strategic marketing (service industry experience preferred).
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Expertise in SEO/SEM, social media management, email campaigns, and tools like Google Analytics/Meta Ads.
- Analytical & Strategic Skills: Ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns for ROI, and adapt strategies based on market trends and KPIs.
- Creative Communication: Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content creation skills for both technical and general audiences.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Marketing automation tools, and basic graphic design platforms (Canva/Adobe)
