Job Summary

Assist the Marketing Executive in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, handling administrative tasks, coordinating events, and supporting overall marketing activities to drive brand awareness and support sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print and social media
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement marketing activities
  • Support campaign performance tracking and prepare basic reports
  • Help design and update ad-hoc marketing materials
  • Organise and support marketing events, roadshows and new launches
  • Liaise with suppliers and event coordinators to ensure timely execution
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
  • Provide research input to support strategy development
  • Maintain marketing calendar, schedule and documentation
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing plans and activities
  • Support Sales Manager with campaign coordinaton and reporting

Requirement

  • Diploma in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in marketing or admin support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
  • Basic knowledge of design tools is an advantage.. (Canva, Adobe Photoshp..etc)
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive, details oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Occasional travel to events or showroom sites may be required
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours during campaigns or events
